**Your duties**:

- Lead, train and mentor the concierge team, ensuring high standard of service delivery.
- Complete the concierge weekly rota, ensuring all shifts are adequately covered.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Maintain accurate records, logs and reports, ensuring that all information is documented meticulously.
- To have an exceptional knowledge and understanding of the whole resort.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the local area, upcoming events and attractions.
- Supporting guests with luggage requirements when arriving and departing the hotel.
- Assisting guests with general enquiries in a warm and helpful manner.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance guest experiences and improve service offerings.
- **D1 category on applicant’s driver’s license would be preferable but is not mandatory.**

There are a variety of shift times, including starting at 6am and finishing at 9pm. Includes weekend shifts.
