Our Medical insurance client is looking for a Senior UX designer to join their digital team at providing best practice digital strategy, solutions, channels and platforms to support marketing activities. This is both a strategic and hands on roll, involved in both the Digital Transformation and the ongoing optimisation of the digital estate.

You will be a motivated and experienced UX designer with a broad based on experience to draw from. The hiring client would love big 4 consultancy experience. Reporting to the Senior digital product manager and working closely with the wider digital product team, as the successful applicant you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of the digital product strategy.

The deliverables will include:

- Clear, accurate, intuitive and easy to use interfaces for web and native
- Conceptual models, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes to communicate both high-level design strategies and detailed interactions behaviours;
Key accountabilities
- Successfully advocate for user-centred design in a corporate environment;
- Experience in leading projects in the strategic phase (defining requirements, gathering data, and connecting with customer needs);
- Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high and low fidelity mock-ups with detailed visual design specifications for web and native interfaces throughout design process;
- Accessible online portfolio with experience designing web and native.
- Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features;
- High proficiency in a variety of design and prototype tools such as Sketch, Figma and technologies such as web, native;
- Experience working with analytics, usability tests, various forms of qualitative and quantitative feedback, and able to distil data to formulate insights that drive design decisions;
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Design, UX, or related discipline or equivalent practical experience;
