**Title**:Cleaner **Permanent, weekly paid contract** **Location**: East Anglia - Walsham le Willows Site, Suffolk **Salary: negotiable** **Hours**:37.5 hours per week **Other**: 22 days holiday, pension "We are looking for a hard-working and committed cleaner that are focused on delivering the highest standards of cleaning. You should have an excellent attention to detail and will be committed to not only delivering high levels of cleaning for our customersbut to ensure all our staff are kept safe in their working environment. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude towards achieving successful outcomes in the following key areas: - Working to the pre-determined cleaning specifications, adhering to the current rulings set by Construction Leadership Council and to promptly align to any Site Operating Procedures guidelines and changes. - Ensure enhanced cleaning procedures are in place across the site, particularly in communal areas, particularly in peak flow times. - Liaise with Sales/Site teams to maintain adequate cleaning stock requirements and ensure bathrooms and sanitisation/wash point stations are always fully stocked. - Under the direction of the site manager support house cleans for finished dwellings and sparkle cleans prior to the property being handed over. - Support cleaning operations within our sales and marketing suite, show homes and an y stock plots as required. - Notify site management of any defects or damage noted during the cleaning process. - Assist in safety management, taking direct responsibility for operations under your control.
