We have been trading since 2007 in London and the South East and have grown naturally year on year. MBC Cleaning Ltd form part of a group of companies also offering corporate security services, electrical, maintenance and project refurbishment.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hardworking, honest and hard-working Cleaning Area Supervisor to assist in our objective to deliver a high standard of cleaning to our Clients.

Your responsibilities include:

- Sites visits to our client’s premises to ensure high standards of cleaning are being carried out, a supervisory form will need to be completed for each site visit.
- Ensuring the Cleaning Operatives are completing their duties correctly and are happy within their job role.
- Organising additional cleaning operatives/ teams when required
- Organising, facilitating and completing any one off cleans as required by the clients. Please note, that this type of work is usually at very short notice and can be carried out during weekends. One off cleans can include specialist floor cleaning, carpet cleaning and IT equipment cleaning.
- Personally cleaning sites if cover cannot be sourced.
- Reporting any onsite issues to our Cleaning Manager.
- Carrying out induction training to new starters and annual refresher training, as well as any other training or toolbox talk that are required
- Ensuring all new starter forms and all relevant documents are provided to head office.
- Management of stock control and ensuring that sites have correct stock levels and products on site.
- Point of contact for enquiries from Head Office
- Ensuring sites are Health & Safety compliant (report any concerns to the Cleaning Manager & Head Office)
- Ensuring all sites have the correct documentation including COSHH data sheets, risk assessments, signing in/out books and communication log books.
- Any additional ad hoc duties and tasks as required

**Core Skills**:

- Driving Licence is essential as this is a remote role
- A positive hands on approach
- Multi tasker
- Excellent communication skills and client facing skills
- Organised, methodical and 'can do' approach
- Flexible in working hours
- Good Leadership skills
- Eye for detail
- 3 years’ previous experience as a minimum within a similar role
- Knowledge and experience of carpet and specialist floor cleaning.
- Applicant must have good verbal and written English and relevant Right to Work documentation.

**Hours of Work**:
40 Hours per week minimum - times as required due to various Business Contracts. Most of our contracts operate outside of normal working hours, mostly evenings but may also include early mornings and during the day. There will also be some weekend work required for deep cleans, carpet cleaning and ad hoc cleaning.

**Company Vehicle**:
The Company also run a commission scheme for any new sales brought to the business.

Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
