**As a Warehouse Supervisor you will need to have**:

**Pay of Warehouse Supervisor**:

- **£25,000 to £27,000,**depending on exp**
**Warehouse Supervisor Shifts**:

- Monday to Friday, 0600 to 1400 or 0900 to 1800
- Location: Langley, Slough
- Duration: Ongoing

**Role of a Warehouse Supervisor**:

- Planning, coordinating, ordering assembly and dispatching of goods
- Having a good understanding of the company's policies
- Coordinating the use of computerised systems where necessary
- Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate
- Planning future requirements
- Managing the recruitment and training of warehouse staff
- Monitoring staff performance and progress
- Supervising, motivating, organising and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded
- Producing regular reports and statistics on a weekly/monthly basis
