**Clinical Team Lead (Occupational Health Advisor)**

**Location: Dorset**

**Salary: £45,000 pro rata**

**The Role**:

- This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to lead a team across a number of sites. The organisation combines expert advice and clinical services with smart systems to deliver impact driven health services.
- As an experienced Occupational Health Advisor with previous management experience, you'll make a tangible and lasting difference to people's lives every day. - The role is for 4 days a week, working 2 days on site (Winfrith) and 2 days remote, there will be travel to other client sites to support the wider team. Ideally you would have worked within the energy sector.
- You will carry-out Health Surveillance, Audiometry, Spirometry and Fitness for work assessments; Undertake case management over the phone/in person, producing high standard and quality management advice reports; Provide clinical supervision and supportother team members where less experienced and Support the Head of Nursing to advise, Monitor and assess the clinical practice of the Occupational Health Team
- You will be a Qualified or Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, a diploma or degree in Occupational Health is preferable and have experience in a commercial occupational health setting, particularly with exposure to case management and health surveillance.
- You will have excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation and previous management experience.

**Benefits**:

- Salary: £45,000 pro rata to 4 days a week, a Contributory pension scheme and Life Assurance.
- Starting on 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays which increases with length of service
