**Inbound Customer Service Executive**

Roles and responsibilities:

- Answering customer’s inbound queries and providing excellent standards of customer service
- Ensure Adherence to processes to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction
- Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at agent level
- Ensuring data security

Essential Criteria:

- Polite and professional with excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be PC literate and comfortable operating multiple systems
- Must clear background checks to include credit check and criminal background check
- Previous customer service experience desirable

Contract:

- Permanent contract
- Full time 40 hours per week
- Operational hours: Monday - Friday 0800-2000 & Weekend Rotations 1 in 3 (0900-1700) Always guaranteed 2 consecutive days off.

**Salary**:

- £10 per hour
- Fortnightly pay

*Successful applicants must be able to provide satisfactory evidence of their right to live and work in the UK and undergo background verification screening including a credit check and Access NI report*
