This Customer Service role requires a dedicated, client-focussed individual to be proactive in fulfilling clients’ requirements whilst support the team within the office.

Having the flexibility to carry out a multitude of duties including internal admin and customer support is key to the success of this role.

The hours for this role are 08.30am - 17.30pm. Some flexibility may be required from time to time during busy periods. Some additional hours maybe required when 'on call' out of hours, which is done on a rota.

**Tasks**
- Take and manage customer enquiries
- Maintenance of Zoho CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) Database
- Ensuring that job bookings are correctly completed and kept up to date through to completion
- Assign drivers to bookings and helping drivers fully understand those requirements for each job.
- Take turn on out of hours 'on-call' rota
- General office administration/management including filing, stock ordering, records management
- Understand client requirements, offering alternative options where appropriate

**Previous Experience**
- Proven track record in office based Customer Service or Administrative Role
- Educated up to GCSE level Grade B or above
- PC Literate - Fluent with Windows and Microsoft Office packages

**Skills**

- A willing and enthusiastic attitude
- Set exemplary levels of customer service, with a Client First approach
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Team player willing to assist as needed to get the job done

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. 08.30am - 17.30pm
