- Salary up to £32,000 P/A (Depending on Experience) + Bonus

Are you an experienced **SMART Repair Technician**looking for the next great opportunity?

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a hugely successful company who are looking to add an enthusiastic, motivated SMART Repair Technician to their team. This business is brilliant at retaining and developing staff and offers fantastic progression opportunitieswithin the Automotive Industry. This role would be suitable for a SMART Repair Technician who has a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Working on a wide variety of modern vehicles the successful SMART Repair Technician will be required to undertake all of the following:

- Inspect vehicles prior to any work and prepare vehicles for repair efficiently
- Remove scuffs, scratches and dents etc.
- Glass scratch repair
- Alloy wheel refurbishment
- Interior trim/leather repair
- Report any additional faults for further repair
- Quality check

**DESIRED SKILLS**
- Experience working as a SMART Repair Technician
- Full UK Driving Licence
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build a strong relationship with both customers and other members of staff.
- Systematic, highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
- You will have the ability to work within given timescales.
- You will also possess an aptitude of technical skills.
- The right person will be a team player who works well under pressure and has a passion for both customer service and keeping up to date with the latest automotive technologies.
