A well established organisation have a 12 month FTC for a part time Administrator for their HR Dept. It will be a hybrid position working from Home and Maidstone based office 22.5 hrs per week.
You role will be
- To provide an effective and efficient HR administrative service to the People team and business
- To provide administrative support for payroll, pension and life insurance processes
- To support the People Team on automation and process efficiency, people records and training coordination
Knowledge of Microsoft packages (word, excel, sharepoint) and HR procedures and systems is required.
The key areas will be to provide Administration support for data processes including monthly payroll, expenses, for pension and life insurance enrolment processes
Provide administrative support to the HR team on employee relations matters
Training course administration including raising POs, booking courses and rooms.
Support the People Transformation Specialist to ensure all programmes and initiatives are delivered on time and to quality
Monitor systems and processes to ensure all documents relating to absence management are up to date and correct
Manage and monitor the People system for 100% accuracy
Be the go to person for all People system and process related queries
