**Overview**

I’m Covered 365 are one of the leading fire and security companies in Portsmouth. With the highest level of certification within the industry we are looking for more office administration staff to help within our ever busy office.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry and filing.
- Maintain and organise office documents and records using simPRO and office programs.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required, ensuring that all activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working order.
- Provide assistance in preparing reports and presentations as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer programs.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
