Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Team Leader will manage a high performing customer centric team.Working alongside other Team Leaders, they will be responsible for leading their teams to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), embed firstclass customer service practices and enhance the customer experience at every touch point.

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Lead a Customer Service team to deliver on business KPI’s
- Engage in strategy setting sessions with the Administration Manager to help shape, refine and deliver on key business objectives.
- Actively discusses individual performance at 1-2-1 monthly meetings, offering support where needed.
- Responsible for executing cyclical people activity - performance reviews, mandatory training and other people related activity as they arise.
- Working with the wider management team, champion and embed new ways of working across the team and foster a high performance, continuous improvement culture.
- Write and periodically review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required
- Use MI to identify performance and control issues and action plan to remedy
**What we’re looking for**:
- 5 years people management experience - essential
- Previous experience of working within a regulated environment - advantageous
- Strong pension knowledge and understanding of compliance framework (Regulatory and process)
- Customer centric mindset, with natural desire to problem solve
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders.
- Highly organised with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- CF1 and FA2 desirable, working towards is essential
- A self stater with a positive ‘can do’ attitude; willing to take ownership for delivery of assigned projects.
