**Location: Village Primary Academy, Derby**
**Hours: 35 hours per week, 39 Weeks per year (Term Time plus 5 days)**
**Contract type: Permanent**
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant status or willingness to work towards.
- Training and experience in relevant learning strategies e.g. literacy/ Key Stage 1 or 2
- Experience of leading whole-class teaching opportunities from EYFS to KS2
- Experience of preparing and delivering resources (age and ability appropriate) to engage with pupils and contribute to their learning objectives
- Experience of developing and implementing Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Plans
- Experience of working with pupils with different abilities, and adapting own approach and learning
- Experience of delivering a strong universal teaching offer
