COMPANY PROFILE

An established and well-run business is currently looking for a highly motivated auto motive production manager to oversee and co-ordinate the workflow of vehicle repairs and services. This greatly expanding company is eager to find a committed, enthusiastic,and upbeat manager to help grow their fantastic establishment in Warwick.

The company is offering a salary of around £45k with a 9% employer contribution to pensions and a bonus of £400 a month.

SKILLS REQUIRED

EXPERIENCE IN DEALING WITH HIGH VOLUMES OF ACCIDENT REPAIR MANAGEMENT AND SCHEDULING
GREAT UNDERSTANDING OF BS10125 REGULATIONS
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE OF THATCHAM REPAIR METHODS
ENTHUSIASTIC AND HARD-WORKING ATTITUDE
HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE
ABILITY TO RUN A TEAM CONFIDENTLY AND COHERENTLY

RESPONSIBILITIES

MANAGEMENT AND CO-ORDINATION OF PRODUCTION
SUPPORTING STAFF TO CONTROL EFFECTIVE WORKFLOW
ENSURE REPAIRS MEET THE VOLUME OF SALES, COSTS AND CUSTOMER TARGETS
ENSURE ALL HEALTH AND SAFETY/PROCEDURAL REGULATIONS ARE ADHERED TO
IMPROVING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH MEETINGS AND HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE
EFFECTIVE HOLIDAY PLANNING, WORKSHOP LOADING, SCHEDULING, MOTIVATION AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT OF THE STAFF
ENSURE REGULAR 1 TO 1’S ARE PERFORMED
ACHIEVING COMPANY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL LEGAL AND HEAD OFFICE SUBMISSIONS.
ACHIEVE BUDGET SALES AND COST TARGETS WEEKLY, MONTHLY AND ANNUALLY
MEETING OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES
