**The role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a **Corporate Receptionist - Welcome Host** for one of our amazing insurance clients in a prestigious City of London building.

**What does being a Corporate Receptionist - Welcome Host look like?**
- Engage confidently with a diverse range of individuals, maintaining a professional demeanor and positive energy.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency in guest experiences and ensure seamless coordination.
- Foster a welcoming environment in the reception lobby, engaging with customers, clients, and employees to create a warm atmosphere.
- Assist with client events, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage the visitor journey, including access, meeting room arrangements, and catering, while maintaining accurate visitor logs.
- Adhere to Front of House policies and procedures, contributing to the upkeep of office standards.
- You'll be part of a team of 7 onsite, but also a wider team within the DayMaker community of On Verve. Ensuring you have the support and connection within the company.

**It’s all about you**
- Friendly, courteous, and punctual
- Extremely well presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very organised and proactive, with high attention to detail and excellent work ethic
- Able to work and build relationships with staff at all levels in the business and manage complaints calmly and tactfully.
- Good understanding of the Microsoft Suite (particularly Word, Outlook, Excel) and the desire to learn new systems.
- At least 1 years’ experience as Front of House or admin support in a corporate environment
- Good initiative and the ability to identify process improvements.
- Understanding the office health and safety requirements and compliance.
- Able to work well independently and maintain a positive outlook when under pressure.
- Discretion and trustworthiness

- Tact and diplomacy
- Exposure to customers where you have focused on a positive experience is desirable.
- Working relationships are key, and you must have the ability to build on them for the best result - there is no “I” in TEAM
