Business Intelligence Help Desk Consultant
My clients Business Intelligence customer care team is looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Help Desk Consultant to join and enhance their team.
Position: Help Desk Delivery Consultant
As a member of the help desk team within the Business Intelligence Group you will strive for quality and are focused on delivering an excellent service to our customers.
The role presents an opportunity for a highly motivated person to gain a diverse, hands-on range of technical and commercial skills in a busy and dynamic environment.
- Take responsibility for resolving customer care calls that are allocated to you by the Customer Success Consultant.
- Ensure that customers are kept up to date on progress of any calls you are actively working on.
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements for all customer care calls are met.
- You will pro-actively identify any issues that customers could face when actively working on customer care calls.
- Installation and configuration of QlikView/Qlik Sense, BusinessObjects and my clients own software when required
SKILLS
- 1-2 years’ experience in an IT role.
- Any experience in working with BI tool and analytic technologies for example SAP Business Objects, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Microsoft Reporting Services, Microsoft Power BI and Tableau
- Any experience working with SQL Server version 2016 and above, particularly using TSQL and SSIS would be ideal but not necessary as training in Data Warehousing will be provided
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication skills - able to communicate with customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability

- Efficient and conscientious record-keeping
