People Solutions are currently recruiting for temporary Customer Service Administrators to start asap for our client based in Annesley.

We are seeking driven, dynamic individuals to join their Customer Resolution department working within a friendly team in a plush, modern office environment.

The role is not a call centre position it involves telephone based duties and administration.

**Salary**: £10.84 per hour

The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm - no weekend work

**Day to Day Duties**

Supporting stock requirements from new customers
Checking product availability
Liaising with customers
Informing customers of their delivery times
Updating the in house system
Investigating missing orders
Administration duties

**Essential Skills**

Ability to multi task with great attention to detail.
Excellent telephone manner and a team player

**Desirable Experience**

Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment is desirable

**What training is provided?**

Training will be provided
