Working for a SME property business with a close knit, vibrant and supportive culture. This role supports marketing projects aimed at promoting the business brand as well as their portfolio of work. **Print / General Marketing**
- Producing exceptional property brochures using Adobe Indesign.
- Liaise with external marketing companies for advertisement packages and deals

**Video & Social Media**
- Manage social media white board and digital calendar.
- Prepare social media posts for LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
- Prepare videos to be distributed across our social channels

**Website**
- Ensure property stock is up to date (liaising closely with Business Operations Manager).
- Add News items as appropriate and update staff entries

**We are looking for....**
- Exceptional Design skills (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) using Adobe Premiere Pro to create videos.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter
- Knowledge of and experience using GoogleAnalytics.
- Excellent attention to detail and a thorough approach in a demanding environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to multitask and change direction at short notice whilst maintaining a calm demeanour
