**My client is a well established international courier company looking for a Express Customer Service Administrator to join their team.**
**Daily duties will include**:
- Taking and processing bookings
- Organised customer accounts
- Liaising with overseas agents
- Running daily reports
- Tracking and tracing shipments
- General admin
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer support
- ideally within courier/freight
- 5 year checkable history
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Good PC skills
- Excellent time management skills
**Working hours**:
- Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
