We are looking for a vibrant and passionate HR Advisor to join us as we continue to grow across the UK. We are offering a permanent contract with the opportunity for development. This role will be based at Manchester Airport on a permanent full time contract with occasional travel to our support office based in London and opportunity to work a day from home each week

Reporting directly to our HR Business Partner, you will be given fantastic support & training to ensure you are set up for success in your new role.

**What is expected to me?**

You will be a huge support to the management teams within our Manchester Airport operations as well as supporting the HR function. The role of the HR Advisor is varied and we are looking for someone who has experience in all areas of HR, including employee relations, learning & development, performance management and employment law.

**What will the role involve?**

1. Supporting with employee relations, including investigations, grievances and disciplinaries

2. Coaching & mentoring our management teams

3. Supporting employees through their HMSHost journey

4. Advising our teams based on current legislation

5. Ensuring management receive up-to-date advice based on current best practice

**What sills do I need to be successful in this role?**

1. CIPD qualification Level 3/5 (essential)

2. Previous experience in employee relations (essential)

3. Organised

4. Personable

5. Have a keen interest to develop within HR
