**Who are you working with?**

Talent Chief have the pleasure of assisting a Recruitment Company, Specialising in Cyber Security across the US market, with a directorship that has over 15 years of experience in both recruitment and the Cyber Security sector collectively. They are currently in the early years of operation and have already grown to achieve a 7-figure turnover in a single trading year. Late last year, they opened a new office in Dorset and are now looking for new recruits to drive their growth forward over the next few years.

**What are they looking for?**

The company is aiming to bolster their team with a few people who have never done recruitment before but are looking for an 'in' to the industry. Ideally, if you're good on the phone, happy to source new business and then service it with great communication and organisation, then you're someone they want to speak to.

A background in sales is a bonus, so if you feel your bonus isn't as good as you'd hoped at the moment, this role could very well change that.

**What is the job?**

You'll join a team of fantastic consultants who are specialists in their core markets, working alongside both small and large companies nationally across North America. You'll be given all the tools to succeed in your role, as we have a top-notch technology stack to allow you to contact just about anyone relevant in the industry, and flourish with a team of like-minded individuals.

Due to the new projects that have just started, there will be roles to go after from day one, and the role will be predominantly delivery-focused in the first few months.

Due to this being the US market, the hours will be slightly different in order to compensate for the time difference. We are happy to go into finer detail with this at your request.

There will also be the opportunity to take part in all-expense paid trips to places such as New York and San Francisco as part of running your desk.

**Your skills**:

- Previous experience in sales and customer-facing roles
- An interest in Cyber Security
- Business Development ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Great organisational skills
- A team player
- Computer-literate
- The ability to be office-based (this really is the best way to learn recruitment)
