**THE ROLE**

This is a fantastic role for someone looking to join our fast paced world of B2B events. The role is all about supporting the operations team in the successful delivery of projects. As a Projects Coordinator you will be responsible for providing continuous support to both the Project Management and Technical Production team members.

You will be a self motivated multi-tasker, able to support multiple projects simultaneously. You may be asked to work additional hours during busy periods and in exceptional situations, this may be at short notice. Whilst this is predominantly an office based role there will be some travel opportunities to ensure continuous operational learnings.

You will assist the UK office Project Operation team members and be a source of best practice. You will help provide solutions to the team to improve department standards and support at an operational level, in order to effectively assist the team with show planning.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor and update team movements for operational team to ensure business wide visibility
- Assist with large show planning requirements to ensure project margin enhancement
- Pre-site team management of Hotels, Flights and transfers to ensure bookings are inline with client costs
- Organise team meetings for Operations department. Agenda setting, note taking, sharing of action points
- Requesting and collating feedback from suppliers and internal departments following every show completion
- Providing office support for team members onsite, duties such as raising purchase orders, inputting budget updates, or sourcing additional items.
- Working with the wider team and the remote warehouse to arrange smooth of delivery and receiving of goods to and from the warehouse facility.
- Work on creation and sending of commercial invoicing to our world-wide shipping agents.
- Create and distribute fact ‘cheat sheets’ for future team training and reference.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- High proficiency in IT. Able to pick up new systems quickly and intuitively.
- Able to multi-task working on multiple projects simultaneously ensure key deadlines are adhered to.
- Working closely with Operations team members ensuring a one team approach
