Support Practitioner

We are are currently recruiting a **part time Support Practitioner** offering **15 hours per week, permanent contract** working within our **24 hour Housing Support **services based in **Ellon, Aberdeenshire.** This role will give you the opportunity to work relief shift pattern that suits your current needs and will work alongside other commitments you may have.

Staff work flexibility within services to allow us to deliver 24 hours support on a rota basis 365 days of the year and we can match you to shifts from daytime shifts, early shifts, late shifts, nightshifts, evenings and weekends on a relief basis, either by providing us with your set availability for the month, or more flexibility if your availability can change on a monthly basis - we will work with you to match you to shifts that will work for us and for you. No two days are the same in this role and the job satisfaction that comes from supporting people to lead active lives in their community and supporting them day to day in with living meaningful lives in their own tenancy is significant.

Our Support Practitioners are integral to helping the people we support to achieve their goals and ambitions every day. We support people with a diverse range of needs, we are looking for others to compliment the great work that we do.
