**Personal Assistants required in the Burnley area - £15.62 per hour**:
**We are expanding our fantastic support team of Personal Carers**

Do you have the ability to provide clinical and personal care? emotional and social support? Could you monitor health and wellbeing with sensitivity? Could you support someone to maintain their independence despite the difficulties they face?

We are looking for Personal Assistants' to join our team supporting a lady living in her own home in the Burnley area who has a Spinal Cord Injury (Tetraplegia) and has complex health needs.

All training required to manage the clinical and support work will be provided. We are looking for people with the right values and qualities to join the team who understand the importance of person centred care. It is not essential that you have experience in care and support but essential attributes like empathy, enthusiasm, a calm approach, a willingness to learn and adapt, reliability and flexibility in a changing situation are qualities we are looking for.

Once trained and following an induction period, you will be able to work independently as a member of an experienced and competent team. Your employer will be the person that you will be providing care and support for

The role is to support with personal care, home maintenance, meal preparation, support to access the local community and general support required to maintain a home and independent life.

**Here are the details of work patterns**:
Job 1 - 2 x 12 hour shifts Saturday and Sunday
Job 2 - 2 x 12 hour shifts per week

There is an expectation that, where possible, the team cover each others
holidays and sickness.
Full driving licence is essential.

**Rate of pay - £15.62 per hour**
