_**Purpose of the Job**:_

Coordinates the servicing and repairing of systems for lighting, heating, ventilating, fire, drainage, plumbing, electrical, painting and related maintenance activities.

Monitors major work carried out by outside contractors and communicates the status and outcome of each project to the General Manager.

Maintains accurate maintenance and repair records of equipment and machinery.

Responsible for the maintenance, smooth running and all areas of the Clubhouse including some outdoor areas but not golf course. Providing preventative training to team members as and when required.
Responds to maintenance emergencies.

Develops and maintains a resource management plan that outlines short-term and long-term requirements for repair and maintenance, capital requirements and capital replacement.

Fully conversant with the Club’s Health & Safety policy and emergency procedures for fire and accident, reporting any accidents in the prescribed manner.

Ensures a highly efficient safety programme with emphasis on awareness, discipline and compliance; implements an overall safety programme that conforms to HSE standards.

Completes other appropriate assignments given by the General Manager.

To ensure a high degree of personal presentation and hygiene in line with the company’s dress and appearance policy.

To be a positive ambassador for the Club at all times.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.44-£13.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
