365 People are recruiting for reliable, presentable, and hardworking individuals to join our client’s team as a Driver / Driver's Mate. Based in Nuneaton you will be part of a two man white glove delivery service providing excellent customer service.

Working alongside another driver, you will assist in transporting high quality furniture and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. This is a physically demanding role that requires some heavy lifting and excellent communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle into customers’ homes, and assemble if required.
- Safely secure items in the delivery vehicle to prevent damage during transportation.
- Accompany the driver on delivery routes and help navigate to various destinations.
- Assist with the verification of delivered items and obtain necessary signatures and photographic proof of delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Handle any customer enquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

**Requirements**:

- Hold a valid UK Driving Licence
- Flexibility with start and finish time
- Ability to lift heavy furniture repeatedly throughout the day
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
