Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a busy but friendly team? We’re looking for confident and approachable Customer Service Advisor who will specialise in Food, Health and Safety to support our Customer Services and Environmental Health Teams at Brynsworthy Environment Centre.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong written and verbal communication skills, sound decision-making abilities, and a calm, helpful manner.
You should therefore have at least 12 months’ of customer service experience; 4 GCSEs (Grade 4 or above) or equivalent and be confident using various IT systems. A good understanding of Food, Health and Safety would be an advantage and knowledge of equal opportunities and data protection is also important. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you
