**Job Purpose**

QC Inspector is responsible for making sure the quality of products and services produced are in line with compliance and accreditations.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- To ensure all Quality Checks are being conducted as per the QMS
- Perform regular routine Quality Checks to maintain Quality Standards across the business
- To assist in any investigations of complaints and non-conformances alongside the QA & QC Team Leader and other members of staff
- Ensure traceability and records are completed accurately in production
- Ensure the accurate picking and shipping of customer orders
- Monitor and verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable standards
- Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and completed
- File and maintain Quality Documentation
- Reinforce safety standards across the business
- Organising and maintaining retained samples
- Provide regular Quality Assurance reports to enable corrective actions as appropriate and to illustrate the effectiveness of the company’s quality control measures

**Knowledge, qualifications, and experience**
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of poor-quality products
- Knowledge of Quality standards and protocols
- Meticulous attention to details and precise record keeping skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with other departments to integrate and understand efficiency and department synergies
- Quality and / or Manufacturing experience preferred

**Decision Making**
- Agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications
