**Criteria**:

- A recognised qualification in Fitness Instruction/Coaching (minimum level 2 REPs)
- A recognised qualification in group exercise classes
- Customer care skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good standard of physical fitness
- _Must be prepared to go through Enhanced Access NI if successful_
