Support Workers cover all manners of support for others - from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping. At Bespoke Health & Social Care, you’ll be working with someone living with complex care needs and receive fully paid, on the job training. So, whether you’re an experienced support worker or completely new to the sector, you’ll have the opportunity to build your skills in a safe and trusted environment.

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:
**Shifts available**: 08.00-18.00 / 11.30-20.30 / 20.30-7.00 (waking night)

**Requirements**:Experience with complex care ideally, due to the nature of the clients needs we are looking for female carers.

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for the right person to work with a lovely young man living in Mansfield Woodhouse. He is living with Cerebral Palsy, scoliosis and suffers with epilepsy. He enjoys listening to Elvis and Rod Stewart with some of his favourite radio stations being Smooth & gold FM. We’re looking for like-minded caring individuals to join our close-knit team to help support him in leading the life he wants to live.

You’ll need:

- Complex Care - PEG, Ventilation, Tracheostomy
- Willingness to support our client in all aspects of her daily routines and her excursions into the community and the occasional holidays
- Ability to work alone and with the other members of the team in a positive and constructive way
- Following a clear and detailed Care Plan
