RTR Maintenance are looking for an experienced multi trade engineer/builder to join are ever expanding company and help us grown even more.

The position requires travelling around various private residences in London, Essex, Kent and Suffolk areas and may be required from time to time to stay away if needed.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
The role would include carrying out various carpentry works, basic plumbing and electrics, refurbishment works, general maintenance and repairs, both reactive and planned works.

You must hold a current driving license.

Skills/Experience required:

- Qualifications and/or experience in a similar position
- Able to work to a high standard of work
- Punctual & great communication skills
- Able to work at heights

**Benefits**:

- 40hrs per week - Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm (Overtime available too)
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Van, Fuel Card & Uniform provided

- Great rates of pay dependant on experience/qualifications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Southend-on-Sea SS2 6GE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
