We are looking for a Receptionist & Reprographics Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join GLT / Broadwater school and become an integral member of the Admin team and contribute to improving the life chances of young people both within the school and across our Trust.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Following security and safe-guarding protocols, provide a welcoming and efficient service to all visitors and callers to the school, sign-posting and referring as required.
- To assist in maintaining and managing the school telephone and Inventry system, ensuring information is fully up to date.
- To ensure that the Reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- To sort and distribute incoming post and follow the correct procedure for recording incoming goods, processing incoming post and ensuring that it is distributed to recipients without delay
- To manage and update the school Room Bookings system.
- To manage and update the training system for ALL staff
- To work with the HR Manager to ensure all visitors are DBS compliant
- Co-ordinate and undertake reprographic requests and tasks, including photocopying, scanning etc
- Keep staff room well stocked with tea/coffee/sugar and ensure that the area is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Support at a number of after-school events, such as certificate evening, school drama performances etc
- Any other duties as reasonably requested.
- Attending meetings, training sessions, after-school events and courses as required.

**You will need**:

- GCSE English and Maths which must include at least a Grade c/4
- Willingness to undertake further CPD.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Excellent communicator - sensitive, compassionate and effective
- Outstanding organisational skills to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the
role
- Able to establish good working relationships with a wide range of people - students,
colleagues and parents
