All services are supported by our market leading ABSsolute materials management software, giving flexibility in the way we offer our services and the customer has access to a wealth of management information at their convenience to help drive effective and efficient linen usage.

**JOB** **PURPOSE**
- To prepare, deliver and collect the linen and laundry in line with the contractual services on a day to day basis.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. To assist in providing an effective and efficient customer liaison service so that all Synergy customers receive a quality service.

2. Ensure that effective communications are maintained between customers and Synergy personnel and that prompt action is taken for service requests or complaints.

3. Co-ordinate deliveries and collections from wards.

4. Ensure that company policies and procedures are maintained, particularly compliance with the required Health and Safety procedures and guidelines.

5. Transfer linen from laundry cages, trolleys to shelves.

6. Record information on linen stocks.

7. To take a flexible approach to work within the laundry service.

8. To participate in staff development and training initiatives.

9. To safely operate and monitor machines and equipment (master mover effectively and efficiently.

10. To act responsibly when maneuvering cages with linen and be aware of the general public.

11. To undertake any other duties or tasks as reasonably required.

Pay: From £26,843.22 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leeds, LS1 3EX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
