Office Administrator

The main objective is to provide front line administration to our existing clients.
- You will undertake a full range of administration duties and must be IT literate, possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Training on in-house systems will be provided.
**Main duties for the role are.**
- Managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring the maintenances and small works are scheduled and carried out.
- Organising the engineer’s diary and consulting with clients.
- Entering stock, invoicing, issuing statements, filing completed paperwork, assigning jobs to Engineers, and assisting other clerical staff.
- Communicate with Customers, Engineers and Customer Service Centre regarding projects and services as appropriate.
- Ordering of communication devices from our central monitoring station.
- Produce daily documentation for our clients and partners.
- Collaborating with customers to ensure a robust solution can be achieved.
- Ensuring streamlined administrative processes and exceptional customer service to clients.
- To maintain customer job files, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded (in hard and electronic format as appropriate), to ensure that full customer history and data is readily available.
- This key role will assist in the development of the overall Business strategy whilst identifying opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the business.
**Qualifications**
- Have experience of working within a dedicated administration support role.
- Be IT literate / SAGE trained would be advantageous.
- Work well in a fast paced, busy support environment.
- Are initiative-taking and able to prioritise workloads well.
- Have excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good attention to detail.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate a real passion for learning about our fantastic industry and customer base with a willingness to learn and develop yourself.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.53-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
