**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: £21-23 per hour

We are seeking **compassionate, experienced, and reliable Support Workers** to join our dedicated care team. This is a **community-based role**, so **you must be a driver with access to your own vehicle** and happy to travel.

**About the Role**:
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in **assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or their own homes**. Your role is vital in promoting the independence, dignity, and well-being of each client—many of whom may have **dementia, learning disabilities, or mental health needs**.

**Requirements**:

- **Must hold a valid UK driving licence** and have access to a **reliable car**:

- **Minimum 1 year of UK-based care experience** is essential
- **Strong communication skills** and ability to build meaningful relationships
- Must be **flexible** to work varied shifts (including evenings and weekends)
- Confident with **medication administration** and **manual handling tasks**:

- **No sponsorships available**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Assist with medication management in line with care plans
- Safely perform manual handling and mobility support
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Monitor clients’ wellbeing and report any concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records
- Encourage client independence and social engagement
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment at all times

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Manual handling
- Medication awareness
- Knowledge of dementia care and mental health best practices
- Familiarity with care planning and risk assessments

Pay: £21.00-£23.00 per hour
