HR Advisor - maternity cover 12m contract starting ASAP
- Our client is a global leader in manufacturing and research & development. They are based in Broadstairs and looking for a highly capable HR Advisor, who can join them and hit the ground running.- This is an office based role, Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs per week, 8.30am to 5pm with an hour for lunch.
- Key requirements for the role are as follow:
- HR/CIPD qualified
- Experience of successfully delivering end-to-end employee life-cycle activities, supporting Line Managers
- Employee relations experience: employee discussions, performance appraisals, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances
- HR system and data analysis/management experience
- Continuous improvement, performance management experience
