Laboratory Techncian

We are currently recruiting for a Laboratory Technician for our client in North Hykeham, Lincoln.

**The Role**:
You will be responsible for supporting the development, testing, and quality assurance of e-liquid products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for laboratory work and an interest in the fast-growing vaping industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and conduct chemical formulations for e-liquid production.
- Perform quality control tests on raw materials, intermediate blends, and finished products.
- Analyse samples to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
- Document test results, procedures, and observations with precision.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in managing the inventory of laboratory supplies.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised laboratory environment.
- Support research and development initiatives for new product innovations.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a laboratory setting (experience in e-liquid, food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries is advantageous).
- A qualification in Chemistry, or a related field is desirable.
- Strong understanding of laboratory processes and safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work methodically.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
