**Job Title: Cover Supervisor**

**Cover Supervisor Duties**:

- Supervise and manage classrooms during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Follow lesson plans provided by teachers.
- Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a school setting is essential.
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
