**Job Purpose**:
I am a bed bound individual with a debilitating illness, your role would be to provide personal care, domestic support, and meals.

**Details**:

- Providing Meals in the late afternoon or evening.
- Providing personal care including bed baths.
- Domestic tasks such as Hoovering, changing Bed Linens.
- Other reasonable tasks to be mutually agreed upon.

**Person specification**:
**Essential**:

- Female.
- Dependable, honest and considerate.
- Live locally.

Please note that although I am an occasional smoker, I can easily avoid smoking when you are working if you prefer, and I do need to employ someone who is willing to work at weekends.

**Summary terms and conditions**
- The rate of pay for this position is £12.50 per hour, this would be paid monthly directly into your bank account.
- You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.
- The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
- A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
- Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
- Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 4 weeks
- Some training relevant to the role for insurance purposes. This will be covered by your employer.
