The reception team are responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all guests. Previous experience in a reception role is required.
This is a permanent position.
Shifts are 6:30 am - 2:30 pm or 2:15 pm - 10:30 pm or occasional mid-shifts
Working 5 days out of 7 including weekends and bank holidays. Rate of pay is dependent on age and experience.
Key Skills required:
- Excellent Spoken English
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Good administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills including telephone manner
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and in challenging situations
Day to day Duties:
- Meet and greet guests in an efficient and friendly manner
- Be responsible for efficient and accurate accounting on guest bills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,500.00-£21,500.00 per year
