**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team approach to early years education.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
- Promote positive behaviour management strategies within the classroom.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals regarding children's progress and wellbeing.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills in early childhood education.

**Requirements**:

- A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience working with children is essential.
- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Ability to drive may be advantageous for transportation purposes related to work activities.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £23,588.00-£25,298.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
