We are seeking passionate **Care Workers** to join a lovely Domiciliary Care company based in Wokingham and Readingham.

**About the role**:
You will be responsible for meeting the support requirements of the clients, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence.

You would be expected to travel (drive) to the clients’ own homes and assist them with daily tasks.

The type of support that you can expect to be providing is no different from what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family.

For instance, you may be providing personal care and support or domestic support.

**Experience**:

- care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ in Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
