In addition to the above we operate a good number of school runs from Essex, Haringey, Lewisham, Merton, and Waltham Forest Councils.. **247 Airport Transfer** is a minicab company based in London that provides professional airport, port, stations transfer and Home to School transport for children with special educational needs. With increased demand from County Councils, we now have opportunities for **PCO licensed drivers** to join our friendly team across London and surrounding areas. We will supply a vehicle, training (as necessary), and access to the most profitable city in the country for car hire. We will provide insurance, maintenance, guidance, expertise, admin, management & anything else necessary to keep you on the road. We use an advanced software system that will allow you to pick your own jobs from the Driver App for the same day or the next day. You can also accept the jobs "as a package" for the next day, as the Controller will allocate to you in advance the available jobs. On average, a Full Time driver working with our company will make between £1000-£1500 per week. - Doing school runs, we can offer a _**Wheelchair Accessible 7-8 seater**_ _company car, and you can also cover airport and local transfers after the school runs. Or you can also have a small company car, _**Saloon**_, _**Estate **_or _**MPV**_, Hybrid and/or electric._ If you want to rent a company car, please find below the conditions: **1.** You can choose to be paid by the hour when renting a company car, (as an employee or self-employed) at **£14.00 per hour** starting from 1st of September. If you choose to be employed the taxes will be deducted. If you are self-employed, you will have to pay the taxes. Schedule 10-12 hours a day. The hours are counted from the pick up time of the first job until the finish time of the last job. The driver would have to keep an accurate record of receipts and parking tickets and expenses. The school run price would not matter, as the payment is per hour. The driver would be paid for as many hours as he works in a day. In the quiet months, where we expect less jobs, we will pay a minimum of 8 hours per day (some days will have 10 - 12 h, some less, but the average in a week is guaranteed at minimum 8h per day). Regarding the schedule, we are flexible. It can be a continuous program or split (only mornings and evenings), at your choice. We will pay everything for the car. Drivers will need to attend the **MIDAS **training and also cover any school run or wheelchair accessible work we have with the local authorities. Being a school run driver with company vehicle will also get you priority on the allocation of airport jobs, if any, that match your school run. **2.** You can choose to pay a **weekly 43% company commission** (23% from jobs plus 20% for the car). We will pay for the car and the deposit and we take responsibility for it. You will still be liable for fines and damage to the car, and you will have to put only diesel or if it is electric to take care to charge the vehicle. You will have to work with us at least 5 days a week and do a minimum of 20 jobs per week. For each day worked less you will be charged a fixed amount depending on the car rented. If you do not do the minimum of 20 jobs, we reserve the right to take the car back. You will not be able to work with other companies.
