**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the daily upkeep and maintenance of the school premises.
- Ensuring classrooms, corridors, and communal areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe.
- Supporting with minor repairs (e.g., lighting, plumbing, general building maintenance).
- Supporting school events and activities by setting up and dismantling equipment as needed
- Overseeing heating, lighting, and alarm systems
- Conducting regular health and safety checks across the site.
- Ensuring the security of the school buildings and grounds
- Planning and co-ordinating works involving contractors during the holidays.
- Other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
- Previous experience in a similar facilities, caretaking, or maintenance role.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a flexible approach to work.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
