**We are currently hiring 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm full time baristas for our drive thru store in Inverness.** Full time hours: 35 per week **Job Types**: Full time, Contract, Permanent **Salary**: £9.90 per hour (Increasing in line with The Real Living Wage) This could be just the place to start your career in retail. With a focus on quality you'll be joining the company at a pivotal time with opportunity to grow and develop your own career with us. **Summary of Key Responsibilities** Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: - Displays a "customer comes first" attitude. - Follow all H&S protocol and operational procedure's to a high standard. - Receptive to ongoing coaching and feedback - Drives the implementation of company programs by meeting operational and organisational objectives. - Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. - Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays. - Available to work flexible hours that may include a total of 16 or more hours per week. - One or more years of experience in a role that requires frequent interaction with customers, fulfilling the requests of customers and responsibility for addressing customer issues, questions and suggestions. Skills and Abilities - Ability to manage store operations independently. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously. - Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Team-building skills. - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others.
