**What will you be doing as a 7.5T Driver?**
- Collection and delivery of small to large high-value consignments that require special handling conditions
- Consistently ensure customer expectations are met
- Ensure all documentation is completed and returned accurately at the end of each shift
- Adhere to specific time restrictions given under current legislation
- Adhere to legislative regulations and company policies
- Driving activities will generally consist of inter-site and intra-site deliveries, supplier collections around the Northwest, however nationwide deliveries and collections may be required.
- Cross training on warehouse activities may be given to offer flexibility and business continuity to the operation
**Relevant skills and experience as a **7.5T Driver**:
- Must have a valid 7.5T licence
- Strong communication skills, particularly verbal, to develop good working relationships with colleagues and customers
- A responsible and reliable attitude
- Experience of multi drop collection and deliveries together with experience of working in a warehouse environment will be an advantage, although full training will be provided
- The ability to safely lift or move heavy items
- A flexible, ‘can do’ attitude a start and finish times may vary in line with WTD and EU Drivers Hours Regulations.
- A reasonable amount of overtime will be expected.
- Keen eye for detail
- Good geographical knowledge
**As a 7.5T Driver you will be rewarded with**:
