About the role
- You will be part of a team working on a prestigious commercial office space. You'll be servicing & maintaining Mechanical plant.
You will be responsible for PPM & Reactive Maintenance on the following: Plumbing, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, UPS generators, Boilers & Chillers.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
What you get in return
- This role is paying a basic salary of £36,000, included in this is 24 days Annual Leave, Company Pension Scheme, Healthcare, Company Phone, Uniform & Tools.
What you need for the role
- Minimum qualifications; NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing.
Served a full Mechanical Engineering (C&G, HNC, ONC, etc) Trade trained with at least 3 years' experience as an Mechanical Engineer.
Good mechanical knowledge is required.
Well presented.
