**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks
- Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
- Answering incoming phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to relevant team memebers
- Printing off invloices and uploading them to the back-office system
- Maintain organised records and databases for easy retrieval of information
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- Competent in clerical duties and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
