They are a forward-thinking, progressive business that is growing due to expansion. In Leek, Staffordshire, they are currently seeking a heavy gauge mechanic/hydraulic engineer to join their team.

The successful applicant will have a strong foundation in mechanical and/or hydraulic repairs, which will be a great start for this position, where we hope they can put their expertise to work with business vehicles, forklifts, and cranes. With an immediatestart, this full-time, permanent role is available.

**Salary**:
£11 - £13 per hour depending on experience and skillsets (hydraulics, machines, valves, cranes, columns, booms and or welding rotators.

**Working Pattern**:
Monday - Thursday 08.00 to 17.00 Friday 07.30 to 16.00

**Experience**:

- A mechanical background is required for this position.
- Repairs, maintenance, and breakdowns.
- Locating mechanical and electrical faults.
- Forklift upkeep.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
