Imagine Act and Succeed is a local charity supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and older people and we are recruiting community support workers.

Community Support is an integral part of IAS. This service has been established to help people to participate in community life. Lots of the people who are supported are living at home with their carers.

We want people to feel well supported, connected, confident and safe, while also making a valuable contribution in their community with a focus on their well-being and the well-being of our team members.

You will build relationships with health colleagues, family, friends, others in the community and work together to enable the person to live well at home and in their local community.
